Education is like a precious plant.
You’ve got to keep watering and
nurturing it with love.
The Teaching Partner is a bridge between parents and the school. Every teacher is eager to share the joy of children's growth and build a warm campus with the parents. GOS also attaches great importance to the ability training of TPs. To improve the efficiency of TPs’ work, GOS held the first TPs sharing seminar of this semester on November 1, 2023.
The Nurture of Love
Children in different age groups have different concerns.
Y2 students are looking for the minibeasts in the grass and observing wildlife in its natural habitat.
Y5 students are looking for the stars with astronomers in the auditorium. They are walking steadily toward their dreams.
To deal with this difference, TPs have their strategies:
"I pay attention to the little things of each child and my APP's counter shows the communications with their parents every week." she said.
"I often share class stories with parents in my class," she said. "Photos and videos are my eyes to record the children's school life."
The Flow of Love
She has eagle eyes and never misses any details from the students. She strives to treat students as individuals and to help each one to achieve their full potential. Her name is also remembered by every student who knows her.
She has great empathy with the students. So she is often able to purge the anxiety of the children and parents.
They are the epitome of all the GOS teachers who are passionate about education. Each teacher may have his or her own unique teaching and communication style. However, during this sharing seminar, everyone was extolling the virtues of other TPs and learning. The flow of love is quite enough to conquer the differences.
Follow Your Heart and Make a Start
The thoughts of the TPs collided during the communication, they were sharing, discussing, and listening to the various opinions about love and education. No matter which year group they are in, no matter what teaching strategy they are using, and no matter how old they are, all of the TPs have shown enthusiasm in the performance of their duties. They all have the diverse teaching powers to support each student.
