Located in the heart of Futian, Green Oasis School has been a pillar of education in Shenzhen for over 25 years!
We are thrilled to have our campus located right next to Shenzhen Central Park, a short walk away from the wonders of nature!
In 2025, we made major renovations and updates as we welcomed the middle school back to our shared campus.
Each homeroom and subject teacher at GOS has his/her own classroom with freedom to add his/her own creative touch to the learning environment.
GOS offers a wide array of music classes and has multiple classrooms built purposefully to support our young musicians throughout campus.
GOS boasts multiple drama and dance rooms where students are free to pursue their passions and express themselves artistically under the guidance of our talented teachers.
We have multiple classrooms dedicated to the visual arts, where students explore a large range of art media from Year 1 all the way through Year 9.
Our state-of-the-art auditorium seats hundreds of students and is in constant use throughout the day, from assemblies and performances to break-time gatherings.
Our campus features multiple well-equipped technology and science labs, giving students regular access to modern technology and hands-on STEM learning experiences.
Our track and field facilities include a football field, a running track, and dedicated areas for long jump and high jump. These facilities are used daily for PE, extracurricular activities, and our competitive athletics program.
Our multiple outdoor multi-purpose courts sit beneath a large covered pavilion, providing shade and weather protection for badminton, netball, basketball, and more.
Our campus has two purpose-built playgrounds - a newly updated one for Years 1 and 2, and a separate playground designed specifically for our older elementary students in Years 3 through 6.
Our impressive climbing wall adds a unique dimension to our sports and recreation facilities, offering students a fun and challenging way to build strength, coordination, and confidence.
The Wavy Area, named for its ceiling artistically designed to resemble waves of light streaming overhead, is a welcoming gathering space where students play during break times and teachers take learning beyond the classroom.
Our colorful corridors are alive with smiling faces and student work displayed along the walls, with plenty of nooks, crannies, and table areas that serve as flexible shared spaces for learning and connection.
Freshly renovated in 2025, our primary library is a welcoming space for younger students, staffed by dedicated professional librarians who also teach weekly lessons on library use, research skills, and the joy of reading.
Our secondary library serves as a hub for research and learning, where a friendly, professional librarian is always on hand to guide students as they work on projects and assignments across their classes.
Every homeroom and subject teacher's classroom is equipped with a class library, offering educational games, puzzles, and books that foster a love of reading while deepening students' understanding of the curriculum.
Our staff lounge is a welcoming retreat where busy teachers can take a well-deserved break, catch up with colleagues, and enjoy lively conversation - especially during the lunch hour, when it's always buzzing with people unwinding together.
The lounge comes fully equipped with multiple refrigerators, microwaves, toaster ovens, a sink with dishes and silverware, and - perhaps most importantly - a coffee maker with free espresso that keeps our staff happily caffeinated throughout the day.
Our staff room is home to a range of fun, voluntary, teacher-led initiatives - like Bookflix, a shareable library where teachers donate, borrow, and return books at their leisure - all of which make the lounge a genuinely enjoyable place to spend time.
